- Weve been in the Residential and Commercial Industries for 30+ years over three countries, with our Chicago, US branch still in operation after 24 years. Our experience is wide and therefor we tend to engage with more complex projects from time to time. Within the Residential field we do Renovations, Conversions, Additions, Reclads and Granny Flats (from attic to backyard and on-top). Commercially, we specialize in Concrete Works to Carpentry as well as Cat. A Interior Fit-Outs. Between us, we have an QS, Project Manager, an Engineer and Designer, all qualified and some other trade and several diploma and higher diploma qualifications in our industry. We offer turnkey projects, but can easily work outside this framework too. We believe in mutual respect, but also walking the extra mile for our clients, sometimes without charging for every small item. Friendliness, Professionalism and Communication is key!
