- Fair & Square Building Services Limited is an innovative, Family run building company, based in Wellington, which specialises in new residential and home renovations and light commercial. We are a Licensed Building Practitioner with over 25 years experience in the Building industry. Having worked in a much larger construction companies for the past 15 years, Fair & Square was created to deliver quality residential work with a more personal approach to not only the client, but to the staff. For many years, we have worked closely with Gateway, and Mana in Mahi programmes, working at getting younger workers into a job they may make into a career. Seeing them become qualified builders is very rewarding. We understand that building a new home or renovating is usually the biggest investment for most people. So our goal here at Fair & Square is to try and make that process as easy and informative as it can be for you.
