- Kia Ora, I hope you’re doing well. My name is Matt, and I’m the director of North Ridge Builders Ltd. We’re currently carrying out work for Mike Greer Homes Franklin, Mike Greer Commercial, as well as several private developers throughout the Auckland region. We currently have a strong team of five full-time carpenters and apprentices, with the ability to scale up by bringing on additional skilled chippies as workload increases. Our experience ranges from standalone residential homes to medium and high-density housing developments, going full circle back to full home renovations and re-clads. Personally, I have over 15 years of experience in the building industry. The team I have with me today has been alongside me since I ventured into business independently, and I’m proud to say I’ve helped develop several of my guys from apprentices sweeping floors into capable site supervisors. I’m a firm believer that the proof is in the quality of the work and the relationships built on-site. Rather than making big claims about being the best in the industry, we prefer to let our workmanship, reliability, and standards speak for themselves.
